Pro Wash Upper Marlboro

Super turned off by this place. They act like they never seen a pretty white girl before. Then they charged me $55 but the guy next to me who got the same service said the service is $40. He had a truck and I have a Ford Escape so I don't understand the difference in the price. I was going to leave it alone until I got in my car to see it was still dirty. $55 could have been justified had my car been cleaned but leaving crumbs in the cupholders and side doors is bullshit. I really wanted to love this place and to come regularly but I will never be returning for any service they offer.

Used to love this car wash as they used to be one of the best with decent amount and good service, Recently wait time is too long and the cleaning is not done like it is used to be. They do more talking to each colleague than work. Not all can speak english so better have the patient as when you are asking question not all pf them will get to assist you. Even so, with all those things said above I will still come back for those sited above can be improve, unless having this review and won’t do nothing about it, well of course stop me from coming back again! The amount of time you wait for your car wash is unmatched. There's only 1 guy that works there from what I see that washes your car. Be prepared to sit in line for at least an hour if not more since the staffing is so low. After your car is washed (which they do a good job) the rest of the services are fast. If you like chilling in your car and have nothing else to do this is the place for you. If you have a busy schedule then I do not recommend.

I just so happen to see this car wash while leaving the grocery store. They are great. They take their time, they are so friendly & you feel good & don't feel like you got robbed. My truck was well taken care of inside & out. This car wash is so worth it.

First off, if you plan on coming here especially if its on the weekend and the weather is nice, GO EARLY in the morning! I got here at 1:15pm to sit in line and didn't leave until 3:23p and even then the line was still wrapped down the street. Anyways, I would say it was worth it. My jeep hadn't been washed in so long and there was no way I was going to an automated car wash that would've missed so many spots. The wait time was indeed long but they are nice and it's a lot of people who seem to help out and work here. The fact that so many people were lined up for a car wash made me feel like I was at the right place anyway. They did a great job inside and out and they don't rush their work no matter how long the line is, which I actually appreciate. I was worried that because the line was
