We've used Professional Auto Repair for several smaller issues in the past, so we already trusted them when it came time to do a new transmission. They gave us options with regard to cost and walked us the pros and cons of each. We appreciate their approach and are confident they helped us make the best decision for our situation. My father lives a great distance from me but is a mechanical man himself and loves to talk about matters when I have something go wrong with my vehicle. Bryan has wonderful technological ways of keeping everyone on the same page communication wise with the assessment which includes photos and details all sent to your phone. Professional Auto has been my mechanic choice for many years and has always been a positive experience.

I took my truck down and had to leave it overnight and was called the next day and told my belt and alternator were bad. And that I had a $800+ repair to fix the problem. The gears were slipping and so what they diagnosed didn’t make sense. Either way I trusted them and had them fix it. However that did not solve the problem and honestly it didn’t look like a new alternator when I checked however I will give them credit it was a new belt on there. A week later after asking them why the problem wasn’t fixed my transmission completely failed. I had to go to a different place to have the transmission fixed because they did not solve the problem with my truck and charged me over $500 for service that did not fix the problem.
