I love this place!! I take my Range Rover through here and I have never had any issues, the people here are always super friendly, specifically Mrs. Robin!! She is always so helpful and so kind, I always look forward to seeing her when I come through!
They do such a great job scrubbing the front and back of my car. The employees are always friendly. Once when I had went down a muddy road, they carefully cleaned the underside of my car as to not get debris in the car wash! Great service. I have the monthly plan and I go almost weekly.
I went through the wash today and received a 5 star experience! William did a great job taking time on my car more than any attendant I’ve ever had at any car wash. I was impressed and will be back! I hope William is there every time I go through!
This is the best cleanest and most efficient car wash in Northern Alabama! The staff works hard and everyone is just so cool!! Thank you Scottsboro Tidal Wave!
Love going to tidal wave. Sonny Johnston and Jayden coffee are one of the best. They scrubbed all the bugs off my truck and were so nice. Definitely deserve a raise
