You're team discovered an oil leak and recommended I have my mechanic assess it asap. They explained they were not doing the oil change because the cause of the leak is unknown. They showed me the evidence of the leak. They topped off my oil. Very professional operation! I've had successful oil changes here in the past. I will return once the cause of the leak is fixed.

sat sept 20 i went to the concord nh store and asked the manager for a $55 oil change, after he charged me $70 for a oil change. i told him I asked for the $55 ,oh I am sorry. he said he did the mistake, but i had to pay for it. not a happy camper! need a management overhaul cause the reviews i have been reading are not good. i would give a lower rateing if i was allowed to. on the 29th, The management has come good for this mishap and I hope that it doesn't happen again. I really appreciate the prompt response. Thanks.

Oil change was quick and efficient. Did the service step by step and filled out washer fluid with rainx for a extra charge, and it took the whole jug. Great service for a great price, and fast.
