My A/C recently went out on my 2016 Honda Civic. Economy Honda service department told me the compressor was bad and needed replaced. I brought it here for a second opinion and it only needed a broken wire to the compressor replaced. I appreciate the honest, fast service here and the fair pricing! They were great about keeping me updated during the repair as well. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend ProTech Automotive. I am a first-time customer. I was allowed to drop my vehicle off after hours which was helpful because my “ride” was available in the evening. I was called and told what the problem was, given an estimate for the repairs, and given an opportunity to ask questions BEFORE any work was done. At checkout, the cashier reviewed the statement with me and was friendly and polite. The charges were reasonable. The shop was clean and the staff members were courteous. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service. I will definitely use ProTech Automotive for any future vehicle maintenance and repairs.
