My family has been going to Protech for almost six years, and every single visit has been fantastic. The team is always friendly, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. As a woman who usually dreads bringing the car in, I really appreciate that they never try to upsell or pressure me into anything I don’t need. Today was another great experience — I was in and out in under 15 minutes for a full oil change, and they even vacuumed the car. With a little one, that small touch goes a long way. Excellent Shop! I have brought over 15 vehicles for the past 20 years to ProTech for everything you can imaging. Honest, fair, and reasonable. If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would. These people are extremely unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. They completely overfilled my oil tank and stripped the entire plastic rim that holds the hose to the engine, now this has to be replaced and is well over $500. Joe, the general manager, is completely incompetent and incapable of accountability nor treating customers with respect. He had an excuse and assumption for everything without actually knowing, understanding, or even taking a look at what the issues were… saying—we all know what happens when you assume? Right? I would urge anyone to stay away from this place because if they make a mistake THEY WILL NOT own up to it and on top of that leave you out to dry! I took this actually to my trust mecha

I brought my daughters car here to get looked at because her drivers side window would not roll down and she had mentioned some burning smell. They looked at her window and under her hood and came up with $1800 of repairs. My dad had just had the car looked at out of state in July before he gave it to her. I was not going to pay that much for repairs that seemed to not make sense and my dad knows and repairs cars, so he knew it was not accurate. Unfortunately I couldn't have him look at it since he lives out of state. I decided to drive over an hour to take the car to a trusted family friend who is a mechanic and he showed me everything ProTech pointed out was leaking, which he confirmed was not accurate and the small leak that was happening was hard to determine without a lot of labor to
