One of the more negative customer service experiences I have had recently. I utilized their own website at around 10:30AM to make an appointment for an oil change. Appointment is set for 3PM, same day. I show up at 2:40 to drop off the car, and I let the gentleman at the front desk know I have an appointment. He is like “the only 3PM I had today cancelled their appointment”. I pull up my phone and ensure that I have the correct appointment details; I do. The guy is acting like I personally affronted him by scheduling this appointment. I ask if they still have time, and he’s like “yes but you HAVE to be here before 4PM to pick it up, that’s when we close.” I offer to pre-pay, and I can pick it up afterwords. “Absolutely not, you have to be here before 4!” Okay buddy, I get it, I’ll be here

Today on my way to work I noticed one of my tires were low, too low. I stopped at a gas station to try to fill it with no avail. Mind you it is -13 degrees out therefore I had a legitimate concern of being stuck on the side of the road. I did a google search and made my way to this local tire repair shop based on high reviews and it being close to my work. Sadly I can't say my experience was as mentioned by other reviewers. When I walked in to mentioning I think I might a nail in my tire, I was told they are busy today and can't help me. ok, so be it, tough luck. However when I asked him if someone could assist me with getting air into my tire to ensure I can get to my next stop. The gentleman and the desk said "no as it would do nothing". I love it when a business provides you with a service and doesn't try to take as much money from you as possible. These guys saved me a ton of money with my tires today. I'll definitely be ordering new tires from them.

David helped get me a same day appointment to repair a slow leak in a tire. They repaired a patch that another business had recently done. I appreciate the time they took to make it right.

I would highly recommend! They over a mobile service. My experience was, they were timely and changed the brake pads and rotors within 30 minutes of them arriving. I did not have any issues at all and it was priced fairly. Definitely will be using them again.
