I have consulted with Scott and the team at Rosemount Auto Service about two different cars. I have always received honest and excellent service. Scott even researched my warranty and found and recommended a dealer who could take care of me right away, and it didn't cost me a dime! I would not hesitate to recommend Rosemount Auto Service!

Unsafe towing! There are no lights or reflectors on the tow dolly this jeep is on. Every time the tow truck stopped or prepared to turn there was no warning. I watched multiple vehicles slam on their brakes because the truck came to a stop without warning or changed lane without warning. Oh, Minnesota requires headlights on when windshield wipers are on. No lights. That is some bad advertising BP!

Stopped in to get an emergency valve stem replaced that I snapped off. Zero issues, they took care of me in a manner of minutes and I was back on the road! Super appreciative!

Had our 2005 Pilot serviced at RAS. They refurbished the rack and pinion and replaced a wheel ball joint. Excellent job at a reasonable price. The service was fast and friendly.

My car broke down 2 hours away from home and got towed here - the service advisor was so kind, even calling the dealership I bought my car from. He was so helpful in guiding me of what steps to take to get my car back to my area and the engine covered by warranty! If I was in the Rosemount area I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
