Providence Place Senior Living of Drums

Please if 0 stars can be rated I would so do it. Providence place is the worst place to ever never send a loved one there. You are only asking for them to get hurt or something. When the old DON was there everything was perfect but when she left and the new one took over it turned into a dump. She does not care about anything not to even mention the snobby girl she thinks she can be. So many horror stories from there especially people falling constantly and not getting proper care like they should. It is sickening and sad. Especially other higher ups they are gossip talkers they will throw you into memory care out of nowhere without training. Especially med techs and shift leads they are such snobs and pass their dirty work to workers. My opinion is do not send loved ones there it is a nig

My mom has been at Providence Place for almost a year. She is mostly happy there. They have many activities, good food, varied church services, holiday meals. It is always beautifully decorated for the season. It is also very clean.

I was POA for my cousin for over four years. He entered Providence Place after we found him living in an assisted living place that was clearly sub-standard. Wow, what a difference Providence Place, Drums PA was for him! He had much better living conditions, many more activities, great food, and so much socialization. He interacted with everyone, which was great to see as his lived most of his life alone. He had some issues with organization that needed care. The Director and staff provided that support for him. They went above and beyond. Later, memory care services were required and they were provided on-site. They don't just advertise a policy of "aging in place," they actually provided it. Our family is truly grateful.

Don't send your loved ones here. So many horror stories about my grandmother being there. If you care about someone this is not the place for them. Absolute disgrace

Great staff, great environment. The place is run so well that it simply sets a higher standard for long-term care and retirement opportunities.
