Had a bent control arm, they ordered the part and fixed it. They made some suggestions for other maintenance, but weren’t too pushy about it. I said I did NOT want to get an oil change or air filter replaced, and they did both anyway. I guess they just didn’t understand me. Added an extra $100 to what I paid. Fortunately I told them not to change the oil over text, so after confronting them they gave me 30% off. Glad I could at least get that, but still disappointed.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Provo Car Medic since 2018. The team has always been incredibly attentive and polite during all my visits. Receptionist Maidana, in particular, stands out for her excellent service, always welcoming and helpful. They have an amazing patience in explaining the issues with the cars I’ve brought over the years, and most importantly, they’ve always managed to fix the problems efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend their services to all my friends.

My truck lost compression in cylinder 8. They sent me a video showing that was the problem and gave me several options to fix it. I decided to go with a whole new engine. They had it done in less than two weeks. Truck runs great now and the price was not too bad.

This place was so cheap and so fast! We needed a safety & emissions inspection and they got it done in 20 minutes for half the price I usually pay! Friendly service to boot. So impressed. Will be coming back here again.

These guys are seriously the best. I went in for an alignment and it was done quickly. They charge a fair price as well. However, the next day I noticed my steering wheel was off. I brought my truck back and they took it in to look at it. They looked at my front end and noticed that a bolt holding my steering rack in place became loose. They showed me in the shop and fixed it without any extra fee or charge. I came back the next day for another alignment and I was good to go. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for honest mechanics who are seriously helping people out. I will be coming here again for whatever else my truck needs. update: i took my truck in for a complete brake service. the mechanic reached out to me and let me know of additional issues my truck had, and again
