This shop is awesome, they have replaced my fuel pump, ball joints, I’ve had tires sent there and they mount and balance them for me and wheel alignment. I trust them with every vehicle I own. Great service at a reasonable price

This used to be my go to shop but lately I’ve felt taken advantage of and overcharged. Quoted me over $500 labor only for a brake/rotor job. NO PARTS. Over $200 for a battery replacement Call other places and shop around before you come here, good availability BAD pricing.

They seem very nice and the shop looks nice. But twice now, when we have gotten my daughter’s car back from them, we have found they didn’t do the job properly. This is how they put the boot on the tie rod. It’s pinched (shouldn’t be). And they replaced the subframe and instead of lifting the fender liner, they pinched it under the frame so now it can’t be pulled back (or ever replaced without lifting off the subframe) to replace the serpentine belt or access anything under the hood from underneath. When we asked them about it they said “it’s fine, oh you know how kids these days are, they always think everything has to be done right for it to be safe”. Well, I PAID you thousands to “do it right”, why not do it right?! How and why are you okay with taking people’s money and not fixing it r

When my 40ft Aclass RV needed a entire new engine this spring PTS was one of the very few shops anywhere that would take on the huge job. The crew there did an amazing job, really seemed to take the time to do it right. They researched and found the right parts, not just the cheapest after market ones. They went over everything with care and professionalism rarely seen these days. The almost 500 mile drive home went smooth and perfectly. This was no simple corner garage job, and it was done right. Ive spread the word thru fb groups and hope they can handle the extra business!! Thank you Qin, Nate, and the rest of the PTS crew!
