Kelly was very rude. They were in a huge hurry to get us to sign on the dotted line as we were taking our time to check everything out. The trailer was not as clean as it should have been at pickup. Had to go back a third time to get the title as "they have 30 days to mail it" per Kelly. Even though he knew we were heading out of town. If it hadn't been the perfect trailer for us, I NEVER would have gone back after the first time. ADVISE: Take your time when looking. They will try to send it out with issues. They may be small, but all smalls add up

I had a pleasant experience with the people here, john was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable about the RV that we had purchased and we are very pleased with it, this RV is gonna make a lot of memories. Thank you! 5 stars!

O stars is not an option. They sold us a warranty for the rv we purchases but it turns out they not only forgot to check off that it was a diesel so we had a $16,000 bill that was not covered and we want to cancel the warranty and get a refund but the warranty company says they never received payment from QRV.
