This place was great! They will work with you to get you the best price possible, but the thing I valued more than anything, is how others speak on a business. So, recently I had to have my car towed due to a faulty main fuel pump in my 2013 Dodge Charger. I was all the way in Allen Park. I had planned to have it to about 15 to 20 miles to the east side of Detroit. But the towed driver pulled up and was asking me what’s wrong with the vehicle and where was I getting it towed. Then he proceeded to explain to me that there’s this shop called “Motor City Auto Care” formally known as “Quality Auto Care” that does great work and by the time he got done talking about this shop I decided to try it! And no he didn’t work for this shop either, which was amazing to me by the way, but he was right! T

I had a great experience I was going through a rough time my car broke down unexpectedly and I spoke with Allen and he worked with me in my situation helped me out as much as possible with the price and was very patient with me and took care of my car problems with respect and great customer service. If anyone ever needs something done on their vehicle call up there and ask for Allen

I had the best experience as a customer just walking into a mechanic establishment by taking a chance on this shop. Todd who took care of me from when I first stepped inide was very courteous and professional, he listened to the problem.i was experiencing with my automobile and quickly got to resolving my issue. He made sure I knew exactly what the problem was and how to solve it. Everything was done in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier with the service and customer service. The price was cheaper than a previous quote and the team actually found a couple of errors that the shop before said I needed but truly didn't require to resolve my problem. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your car care needs.

About 10 years ago I was on my way home from work and my check engine light came on. My car started running really rough and this was the first place I passes. I thought there was something seriously wrong with my car. Bob looked at it and in 5 minutes he showed me where a rubber plug fell off a sensor. Told me no charge. They could have ripped me off and charged me several hundreds of dollars and I would not have known any different. Now my daughter takes her car up there from time to time. Bob took great care of her every time. When Bob retired I thought well it was good while it lasted but I was wrong. The guys in there still take good care of you and they do not rip you off. I know the place doesn't look like much but I would recommend it to anyone.
