I rarely post reviews, but this one is necessary. Our building’s front door window was broken overnight during a break-in, leaving the main entrance unsecured while temperatures were below zero. This was an emergency situation that needed to be handled immediately. I initially spoke with the man who answers the phone around 8am. He told me he would call me back to confirm before sending a technician out. I never received that call. The next contact I had was when a technician was already at the front door hours later, without any prior confirmation. By that point, I had already hired another company that was able to communicate clearly and make the repair quickly due to the urgency of the situation. I've used quality Glass numerous times in the past and they've always been good to me. The pricing is right and the people that I've had to deal with have for the most part been kind and knowledgeable. Today I was in there and met Mike, the owner and he's a really good guy. I recommend quality Glass to anybody who needs glass cut.

They were very unprofessional and didn't regard me as a customer. They took shortcuts that costed me later down the line. I most definitely wouldn't go back there, even if it were the last glass shop in the universe. I'd become a glassman first. I want to go in details but I don't have the energy for that. If you are getting glass work done here please ask lots of questions and diligently check the quality of work before you leave the shop. Do not worry about offending anyone, this is a must. Because they don't mind cutting corners. I attached 1 picture but I have tons of them. What you will see is a glob of glue that was placed under the trim. Including clips that were glued down. The technician who came out was very friendly! Additionally, he honored the estimate that the company made. The experience was easy and painless. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I have had windshields replaced on many cars in the last 40 years and always had Quality Glass be professional and address the issue in a timely manner. Can't rate their service highly enough.
