Quality Muffler and Brakes

We are incredibly grateful for the excellent service we received here! After unexpected damage to our car from hitting a wolf that darted into the highway driving to Detroit from Chicago very late Friday night, the chief mechanic Jimmy fit us in immediately when we called Saturday morning. Jimmy was extremely thorough—taking the time to show me the damage, clearly explain what needed to be fixed, and why. The price was very reasonable, and the service was kind, honest, and friendly throughout. He replaced the radiator, and made all the necessary repairs to the fan and exterior plastic parts so we could safely drive home, and all very speedily. The repairs were complete by the afternoon. If we lived anywhere near Detroit, this would absolutely be our family’s go-to mechanic. Highly recomme

Honest, professional, and very easy to work with. They worked on my muffler and everything turned out great. The job was done well, they beat all prices , and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish, and I’d definitely recommend them.

This place is a joke. We took our Cadillac here a few yrs ago for new brakes when all was said and done he charged us $1600 then says to me " was this driver door always hard to open and when I said I didn't know it was my husband's car he says let me see if I can fix it and proceeds to take a wood shiv and wedge it between the front fender and door and started beating it into the door frame denting the front quarter panel making it worse. Never will we ever bring our cars here. Hammer mechanics at best.

Terrible shop. Went in for brake line leak. They quoted job to cost 7 or 800. Said they would replace line, flush abs and master cylinder. They didn't replace the line they patched it with compression fittings. Then they couldn't bleed the abs module for some reason. They didn't give me a receipt and didn't finish the job. Do not go here they lie and are Terrible at communication. Go somewhere else!!!!

These people are not good. I used to go to them regularly, but recently I asked them to change my car’s brake pads. They refused and said I needed to replace both the brake pads and the discs, claiming that if anything went wrong, they would be responsible. They charged me $450 for this job. After two weeks, my car’s steering started vibrating when I braked at higher speeds. I took it back, and at that time, I had driven only about 2,000 miles. They said the calipers were not working properly and told me it would cost $250 to clean them. I couldn’t do it then because of financial issues. Two months later, I went back again, and this time they said I needed to replace the calipers, quoting $750. Then I decided to get a second opinion from another service center.
