Quality Muffler & Repair Shop

I am very happy with my mechanic I went to Todd 5 years ago and asked him about purchasing my car he said any car comes from Ford dealership is usually pretty good cars. So 5 years later still loving my car and he was right. I've had to do a few things to it that needed to be done as the car getting older with milage and Todd always got me right in with never a problem and was always spot on about any issues. Mechanics are very hard to come by especially honest ones. Very happy with Qulity muffler and his team. Thanks guys.

3 hrs from home and my wheel bearing goes out. Google says quality is the closest place to me at 15 miles away. I call and Mr. Todd answers. He has my truck on a tow truck and back to him within a hour. Immediately he has a guy taking it a part. I take his truck and get my own part and bring it back. His guy puts it on and I am back rolling. All together a 2.5 hour process. I feel like they priortized getting me home to my family without breaking my wallet. I can never thank them enough and I strongly recommend. Thank you again

They didn’t want to stop eating to do there jobs went up there twice to try to get a quote both times they were to busy having breakfast on the clock or a three hour lunch. And good luck trying to call we told him we called he laughed and said they tried.

This company will try to scam you they tried to say I need a whole new transmission for my car. I didn’t. I took it somewhere else and they fixed it with no problems. They only want to do for people that have updated cars which I have 2 cars. Do not take your car up here. They will over charge you a tell you a lie about your vehicle. When you call they are real sarcastic about your vehicle but when you are face to face it’s a different story!

I will never return to Quality Muffler. Todd has been helpful. You can refer to Deja's review or you can ask Todd why I will not return.
