Outstanding as always! In addition to oil change and brake pads, Evan & co. did motor and transmission mounts on my Maserati GT--not easy--needed to drop subframe, replace propietary crossmember and replace impossible-to-find factory bolts--Evan sourced substitutes--perfect! Car feels great! Tight and solid--eliminated what I thought was likely suspension rattle, but I bet it was the busted crossmember they found. Working on this old exotic frequently requires improvisation and creative solutions--real 'mechanic-ing'. These guys come through every time!

It was based upon a recommendation of a friend I took my F150 Crew Cab to this shop. I was greeted with the utmost respect and the service person took time on several occasions to make sure I understood what work was needed and why as well.. I like the system used to allow me to look at work needed and prioritize what gets done when as well as cost. My truck issue was resolved and the diagnostic helped with preventive maintenance items as well. Overall well satisfied and will continue to visit this shop. I’ve been looking for a shop that has these qualities since moving to Raleigh. I’ve had my truck back for almost a week so far so good.

Exceptional First-Time Experience at Quality Plus Automotive Today I brought my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe to Quality Plus Automotive Service in Raleigh for an oil change-and I'm glad I did. This was my first time stepping away from the dealership, and the difference in customer service was immediately noticeable. Raymond, the Store Manager, and Damian, the Service Advisor, went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. They were professional, personable, and took the time to assure me that my vehicle was in good hands. That level of care and attention is something I rarely experienced at the Hyundai dealership. I've found a trustworthy place to service my Santa Fe, and I'm looking forward to building a long-term relationship with this team. Highly recommend!
