On November 2025 around 2 AM. Between the Merritt Parkway and Westport I was in a bad accident with a deer,the driver that came was very good. The problem I have is with the owner I believe his name is Frank. I forgot to get my bill of sales because my car was totaled. I called him back immediately and he said that he would mail it to me that was in November. I never received it. I called back again in December. He said that he would mail it to me never received anything. I called back again February 3 of 2026. He spoke to me and said that he would mail it to me and he was very sorry for not sending it. Today is February 26. I am still waiting for it and I have called him several times to ask him to please send me my bill of sales so I can send it to the people so I can stop being charged

We were traveling North on I-95 from the Mid-Atlantic region to New England the weekend before Thanksgiving 2026 when an axle broke on my tandem axle trailer, Sunday late afternoon. At first, we couldn't get any towing companies to respond in less than 3 hours, so we keep dialing and finally got ahold of Quality Towing & Auto Repair in Westport, CT. . Told them the situation and that we needed a larger flatbed due to the trailer and load and they showed up, got us to their shop where we looked at the trailer and decided we could remove the damaged (broken end) axle and possibly keep driving north. Ended up that Frank & Eric fabricated a couple of flat brackets so we could remove the broken tandem axle and keep the rear axle from digging into the ground. The one remaining axle was rated for

I found myself stuck on an icy access road late at night with my daughter in the car, and AAA was unable to assist with recovery. A friend highly recommended Frank at Quality Towing, and I’m very glad I called. Frank arrived promptly, safely recovered my vehicle, and towed it approximately 30 miles to my home. He was professional, calm, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing in difficult conditions. His pricing was extremely reasonable for the level of service provided. Quality Auto is truly the best quality!! Service was quick and attentive, they helped me replace my battery and Kas was simply the kindest! I was in and out of there in no time. Absolutely recommend to all, and would undoubtedly go back.

Got into an accident on a Friday in June 2016 and because the car was so badly damaged, the police had to call a tow truck. This is where my nightmare began. This company ended being the tow company that came out and while talking to the co-owner Frank Jr. and him telling me that he could repair my car better than before the accident, he seemed really cool and a good person to do business with; WRONG!! Both owners Frank Sr. and his son Frank Jr. are liars! They are a bunch of con artists at best. Spoke with Frank Jr. the day of the accident and he told me how he would be able to repair my car in 2 weeks at most and that he fought with insurance companies so that he could get OEM parts put on any car he repaired. LIES, LIES, LIES!! Once he got my business he threw me to the wolves. Frank
