They were amazing. Was a really hard spot to get our Dodge Durango out. They did it without damaging the vehicle. Took two of them and a different truck to get the job done. They did it very professionally we'll use them again would recommend them for anybody!!

Shout out to Will at quality towing ! When everyone else told me no they cannot recover my Polaris rzr from the trail , he came through. Will was awesome , he arrived quickly and was very professional. He got the job done effortlessly without hesitation . I’d give 10 stars if I could he really saved me. For years now, I’ve consistently had the best experiences with Quality Towing. Whether it’s a AAA tow, Geico insurance tow, or dealing with them after an accident where the police department used them, the lady who manages the off-site office is incredibly kind and helpful. The drivers always take great care of your vehicle and ensure it’s towed properly. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’m saying all this because other companies I’ve dealt with over the years in the east TN area simply can’t compare in terms of quality of service.

Blake was extremely helpful and he made the best of a less than fortunate situation. He made the day getting my quad out of a bad spot more enjoyable than I ever would have thought. He was patient with my shaky nerves after losing it off the side of the mountain.
