Quick Lane – Apple Ford White Bear Lake

I want to give a big thank you to Tim and the team at Quick Lane at Apple Ford for their outstanding service. I stopped by on Thursday for an oil change, and Tim got me in and out quickly while taking the time to answer all of my questions. When I got back to my car, I realized the heat wasn’t working. Even though it was already the end of the day—around 5:10 p.m.—Tim didn’t hesitate to take a look. He stayed late, troubleshooting the issue with me, and when he realized it wasn’t a quick fix, he gave me a loaner car to make sure I wouldn’t be without heat. The next morning, I got a call letting me know everything was fixed and back in working order. Had spark plugs replaced. They were done faster than expected. I was informed of any problems that may occur during the process. I thought price was reasonable compared to other shops. Got a car wash too.

Autonation always goes out of their way on customer service. I was very pleased with my Appointment everything went without a hitch! Dean was very helpful and made sure service was top notch in quick lane, much appreciated.

I bought the premium service which included full inspection and tire rotation with synthetic oil. I specifically asked before they even started that an OEM filter was going to used, and I was assured it was. So after paying almost $180.00 for the service I asked again when I was reading over the bill about the filter. She was assuring me that it was OEM. It was January 18 and cold so I didn't check when I got my truck back, bad mistake. A day later I had to look, well it was not OEM. I have tried multiple times to try to reach someone about this. Not one call back and now I'm leaving this. Well lesson learned, I have already made an appointment at New Brighton Ford. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I will never use this quick lane for regular service. I came in to have a bug deflector placed on my vehicle end it took two hours (without any update) to get it done.A 15 minute job. Pathetic! The last time I used to quickane was a pre-scheduled oil change and tire rotation. When I got there they asked if I was leaving my vehicle because it could take several hours. Are you kidding me? I left immediately. What a waste of my time. I do not recommend Autonation quick Lane. It is terrible! The service center and customer service at Tousley Ford was stellar. What happened?!
