After dealing with Emili’s(refused to mount and balance tires unless you bought from them) and Forrest Tires (crooks! Wanted $265), I landed here. I received immediate service $125, which is the “norm” for this job. Alejandro was VERY respectful, courteous and respectful. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Customer Service took care of all automobile needs. Leslie in Customer Service very knowledgeable appreciate her help. Friendly atmosphere. Our 1st time to use Carlsbad Ford Dealership but from our experience we highly recommend.
The staff is really nice and friendly. My brakes were checked and fixed in about an hour, and I haven't had any more of the same issues. I trust the staff to keep my little car up and running just like he should.
Always go here to get my oil change done they always do a great job and get me in and out fast
