No complaints about the work done but they need assistance for the front desk. Had to wait 30 minutes after the service was done before I was able to leave cause they left a person in training alone and he couldn’t ring me up.

I got the 2nd flat tire in as many weeks about 4 blocks from there. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They were not able to help me though, as I have an older Scion. They do have options for financing, if you are unable to pay all at the same time as long as you have a down payment. I, however, needed it to be done long before they could even get a tire delivered. They are not bad just I'll equipped for my vehicle and unable to do anything in my time period. I had to use someone else.

Please mention on your schedule that your staff stop working and don't accept customers from 12:30 to 1:30 so customers plan their time better. I understand all employees shall have breaks but this shall be reflected on the opening hours!

I came in for an oil change and Sebastian immediately identified that I had chosen an unnecessarily expensive option, saving me about $60. He also offered his guys' help on an electrical issue which netted me another ~$40. He could have said nothing and just let me go ahead with what I originally signed up for, but instead he went out of his way to save me $100, and I appreciate that.

The team here was excellent! They are experiencing an outage regarding their customer management system and are doing a lot of things manually but they still handled everything with patience and ease. They confirmed my appointment within 24 hours of scheduling it online. They were flexible with the drop-off time when my issue escalated (leaky tire ended up going flat.) After I dropped it off, they were finished in less than an hour and I was on my way. Super stress free experience. The team is definitely overwhelmed by what seems to be some internal organizational issues but their patience and customer service skills are shining through! Hopefully the CRM issue is fixed soon.
