Turbo Lube

Won't come back Our family have been using turbo lube off and on for many years now and it's always been great until today. My son just got his license and I let him take my car to get a oil change and when my husband got home he noticed oil spots on driveway. He said that the oil amount was ok, but it looks like they spilled a bunch of oil and didn't clean it up. We should have gone back but from Lowell is to far. Thankfully he found a hack online that was to spray it with a hose which seemed to work for my car, but it's still on the driveway. It wouldn't be so bad if my house wasn't brand new, and now has oil stains on driveway. As a business owner, I have never left a bad review but come on. Almost 120$ and this business won't even clean up there mess. Next time We will find a more lo

Extremely fast and cheapish. I did have one issue though. I asked the guy who guided me in to not vacuum because I was going to car wash. He may have not heard me over how loud the music was or forgot. . They went ahead which was fine, but unfortunately they vacuumed or threw away a speeding ticket that I need to pay. I'm going to stop by this week or early next to see if they have. If they do then I'll change my review. If not I'm going to have to go to court and miss work which is not ok.

Thank you to this team! I rolled in about a half hour before closing in hopes of getting 2 light bulbs replaced. I waited about 5 minutes in the parking lot while they finished with other cars. They were polite, respectful AND, though it was close to closing time, one of them ran to the auto parts store to get a bulb for my car. This team will get my business going forward AND I ran into an old friend, who is part of this great team. Thank you all!

Had an overheating Corolla across the street at the Advanced Auto, over an hour left to get home. Walked across the street just to see if anyone's willing to take a look and give me some advice. Despite being minutes before close, they did take a look and gave me helpful advice. This is after I called several other car garages in the area shrugged me off. I made it home, absolutely nice people here that could have understandably said no but took a few minutes to help a stranger out. I support good honest people like this, I'd come here if I lived here! Thank you so much.

Dangerous. We had an oil light days after seeing them. Took the car to our manufacturer service center, and they said our oil plug was barely screwed on and not torqued on and was dangerous.
