Quick Lane at River View Ford

First time taking my truck there for an oil change. So I called at 8 a.m and they told me it was about an hour wait. I ask if I could drop it off and they said yes. So I drop my truck off and they said it would be done in 1 to 2 hours. So went back 3 and half hours later and my truck is still sitting in the same spot. So I went inside the told me that my vehicle was up next so I waited in the waiting area. As I was sitting there a customer back in that said he found some screws and a clip laying in his floor board. So the service writer called the so called mechanic up and he told the customer he does need to put them back on. The customer told the mechanic the last he changed his own cabin air filter he put it back together the way it was. The mechanic said to the customer oh I guess I'

Nothing “quick” about quick lane. If you want a tire rotation and oil change to take 1.5 hours this is the place to go. Do not recommend.

Great guys, they make it easy to get in and out. They take care of you with the customer service above and beyond. Can’t say that about many dealerships these days. They win with customer service excellent pricing, and they look out for their guests.

I have had my car serviced her multiple times. I bought both my cars at River View Ford and have gotten to know the guys at the shop. All I can say is, whenever I have had a problem, I know who I can turn to. Yesterday, my car battery died and I was able to get it jumped and get it over to their shop. They were pretty busy but got me in and were so accommodating and understanding. This shop is excellent all around- from service, professionalism, prices and consistency. I will be a long time customer.

Great place to keep maintenance on vehicle. Jesse been helping out for a few years. Fewer masks being worn. Mechanics have always done a good job, timely. Can get crowded. The Works pkg may be slightly high priced, compared to similar places, but staff won't try to push or sell you unnecessary extras. Have had oil changes, brakes, coolant system, tie rod and suspension work done over the years, only Ford vehicles, but understand the work on other brands.
