Quick Lane at West-Herr Ford of Webster

Service techs are not good. People at the service desk have always been friendly. Had a tech tell me I needed a new air conditioning compressor- 70,000 miles ago, still working fine. Took 2.5 hours to change my oil at the quick lane, 1 other person in the waiting room. Definitely a last resort to go here.

The work they get done is fine, but they continually say it will be done by the time I need the vehicle back and they are day later typically. Stopped in around 1030 the day after they said the work would be done since they told me on the phone if the work wasn’t done the night I told them it would be done in the morning following. Surprise it wasn’t done and it would be done right away and complet just after lunch. It’s now 3pm and I haven’t heard anything. Last time I was promised on the phone when I call for an update on the progress (called after the fist time they told me the work would be done) that a lift just opened up and my vehicle would be brought right in, given a new estimate for completion time, showed up 15 minutes before the new time and vehicle wasn’t even in the shop. I

I've gotten work done there for the better part of the decade in my parents have been going there out of the cat. Text are always great helpful but my last few visits the woman and the service counter very rude and the last time even downright disrespectful. And their prices occasionally can be a bit high for some of their parts and service.

This Location does not service all vehicles during working hours. It is advertise that they will service all makes and models between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This is false and not true, There is a cut Off depending on getting the service men out early. I was told to call ahead to let them know that I'll be coming in between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to get a oil your change And routine maintenance, And was also told that that will be fine they will take care of it. This is also not true, After I called and was told that everything is fine to come in between those hours I drove all the way over to the location only to be told that they will not service my vehicle. Hoe Lee UFCK!!!! This place is awesome. It's like someone took puppies, and rainbows, and cotton candy, wrapped it all in a caramel shell, fed it to a unicorn and what it pooped out was this blessing of QuickLane. I got my oil change done in a timely fashion, while eating delicious popcorn, and watching the most delightful of motion pictures; deadpool 2 I believe it was. The staff was as pleasant as a new summer day. All in all, i LOVE this place. Go there. You'll love it.
