Quick Lane

Perrin and Anthony are professional and great to talk to. Been coming to Briarwood Ford Quick Lane since 2017. Kudos to the mechanic's and the front desk and check out people.

Perrin is a great help, highly professional, and goes above and beyond to cover up all of the issues this quick lane has. Staffing has been an issue on multiple occasions, and the techs lack knowledge of common issues for vehicle models and lack patience for diagnostics. Not only will you lose money, but time and sanity, dealing with the issues at this location. Don't recommend.

They were very friendly and easy to talk to. I asked how long and I got told a hour. It was out in 30 minutes possibly less. Gave me the whole works and then some. I am so happy with my service. I will keep going back, excellent!

These folks are very accommodating and welcoming. i appreciate being able to drop my car off and pick it up later, although their waiting area is nice. The price of an oil change and tire rotation is actually comparable to the quick-lube places, with better service.

Overall Service is great, Matt is always willing to help you out. However, I was a little disappointed in the mechanic that was working on my car. I have a Two-toned beige/dark great interior and when i returned to my car i found my steering wheel to be covered in dark fingerprints/dirt. If I am paying that much for an oil change from a dealership -- I would expect the person working on my car would clean up after themselves.
