Excellent customer service. When I had a flat tire Mandi worked with me even tho closing to have it fixed right away in the morning. So grateful to connect with her while stuck in my truck for two hours. I knew I would be in good hands when I got there. She is truly encouraging and her smile lit up a dark night.

Brought my 2024 Ford Lightning in for recommended service. They were friendly and helpful without being patronizing. Chase went above and beyond by printing out all the recommended maintenance for the life of the vehicle and included a video of the inspection.

I had another great experience at Quick Lane. Their auto service is quick and their customer service is always professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center.

Avoid it if you can. While the people are friendly they aren't fair with labor prices and they dont provide upfront honest pricing estimates. Could've saved 200 dollars on brake line changes but we weren't consulted prior to them doing the work even after we asked them to tell us the final estimates first. Each time I've gone ive had this experience. I think it's fair to ask for honest prices and honest work. Update: the break lines weren't even fully put back! There was a line hanging out from under the truck. We paid over 400 dollars and the job wasnt finished. You can clearly see it in the picture. This company probably gets by bc they are next to the Ford dealership and send people there. DONT GO. I don't write reviews for the hell of it. I do it to help honest people out. You deserve
