My go to for oil changes and tire rotation Update 10/16/24: All great.. just had oil change and tire rotation done on the works package. I always check the oil myself afterwards. It was right on the mark and looked clean as can be. Update 1/2/25, just home from getting "the works" package again, fast friendly service. I double check the oil level always after getting home, right on the mark! Update 5/6/25, brought my daughter's Ford Escape in for the works pkg, recieved great service as usual! Update 7/2025, just brought my parents new 2025 Ford Escape in for its first oil change and tire rotation. As always, I double check oil, its right on mark.. they do a consistent great job here. Came for the works package and told them they need to check my rear breaks for noise. They called me stating that breaks are good. When I picked up the truck I still got the noise and found by visual check that the left rear were clearly metal on metal. Talked to manager in hopes to get a credit on my account but since I did not ask for a break technician to look at it he refused even though I asked specifically to look at my rear breaks. He also stated that technicians here come here right from high school and they miss stuff. I can understand this but when a mistake is done just saying I’m sorry does not work. You may not being able to tell by the picture but it’s clearly metal to metal. Stay far away from this place

This is the only place our family trusts to work on our vehicles. Check-in is quick and easy with friendly, knowledgeable employees. You are given a time estimate on when your vehicle should be ready and in my experience, they always finish the work faster than expected. Check-out is also quick and easy. Their waiting room is large, clean, full of large windows, and lots of comfortable seating. Their mechanics seem dedicated to providing excellent service and informing you of anything that may need attention in the future. Ethan at the front counter helped me get a new set of tires for the Challenger. The guys in the back did a great job and my rims were taken care of without a single scratch. I had a nail right in the shoulder of a tire and Scotty and Ethan ordered me 2 new Pirellis right on the phone and got me an appointment later that day. You just can’t beat that, can you? Come here next time you have a bad day with a tire or a mechanical issue. It sucks when it happens, but great service makes all the difference . Thanks Ethan, thanks Scottie!

I wanted to commend the professionalism and customer service skills of Scott, the store manager. He was the individual with whom I interacted when I brought my car in for an oil change. He was extremely engaging and personable when he checked me in, and he was very thorough as he reviewed of the results of the car inspection after the service. When I got my car home, I noticed some leaking under the car, and called the store. After asking me a series of questions, it seemed as though it might just be the result of the air conditioner. However, he wanted to make sure, so he drove to my house after work to check out my car! It did turn out just to be the air conditioner, but I was so impressed with Scott’s professionalism and follow up. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure there
