⭐️ If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would My experience at Quick Lane in Ashland, KY was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I originally came in for a simple oil change and also mentioned a slow leak in my right rear tire. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the staff seemed far more focused on upselling me on services and things they claimed I "needed" than actually fixing the problem I came in for and sitting and dipping and spitting it into a Mountain Dew bottle while talking to me. They quickly told me the tire couldn't be repaired and that I had to buy a brand-new one from them that day -- no explanation, just pressure. Took my 16 focus here for a purge valve recall. It ran and drove perfect. They performed the recall work & had to flash the PCM & TCM after they replaced purge valve as part of recall. From the second I drove it off the lot when they got done my transmission was shifting really HARD. I took it back and was told that it was normal & to drive it 150 miles and it should clear up. I done that & it only got worse over the course of the mileage driven. I honestly feel like Tyler (the service writer) having me drive it like that was a bad idea. Anyways, I took it back once again and they are telling me the actuators are bad now. They are not wanting to warranty their work. As long as you have a appointment service it fast and easy.

Didn't install my new belt properly it fell off and my car died in a parking lot thank God, this was after me spending 6 hours at their building waiting

Make no mistake, this is just like taking your car to a dealership because they are owned by ford / bill cole. I expected the price to be higher but honestly did not expect to pay $200.00 to have front brake pads installed. I usually do my own work and was hesitant to take my car in, but I told them just to do the brakes and they didn't try to upsale me like they did other customers. I was there almost 3 hours and was the second person through the door. The service was excellent in my case, I told them what I wanted and what I did not want and they did what I said, which is a surprise from a place like this. I could have saved about $160.00 doing them myself but I just did not want to. Their website advertised brakes for 99.95 and under including installation so I'm not sure why it cost so
