I would highly recommend you never, ever, use the shop for more than an oil change. Anything else and you’re paying double the cost. I got a two minute diagnostic done by AutoZone for free. Took my truck to Quik lane for service. They quoted me $3000 which didn’t include an item that I wanted them to fix or needed fix. Then charged me $315. For the diagnosis which I already had for free from AutoZone which took two whole minutes. They had my truck for seven hours before they could tell me the same exact thing that the report I had said. I was charged for a disposal fee, and a shop supply and material fee. Again nothing was done to my truck. Except for plugging it into the computer and reading a report. I have come here for years and it has always been good. Waiting room has cookies and coffee and they give me a ride to the mall if the service takes a while. I dont know about other places but the oil change is cheaper than jiffy lube for me.

Outstanding customer service at this Quick Lane location. Friendly, helpful staff. Oil change and tire rotation was done fast. Coffee was not half bad either! Recommended.

My fiancée recently visited the Ford Quick Lane after I recommended it based on my own positive experiences. I own a new Ford F-150, and we were considering a Bronco for her in the near future. Unfortunately, her experience didn’t match the level of service I had hoped for. She felt pressured into unnecessary upsells on tires, brakes, and other services that the vehicle simply didn’t need. On top of that, the final bill was almost double what she’d been quoted elsewhere, leaving her feeling pretty disappointed and wary about the service. It’s a shame because we were hoping this visit would reinforce her interest in the Ford brand. Instead, it left us reconsidering and feeling like transparency and trust were lacking at this location. I hope they can improve on this going forward.

Horrible customer service. Do NOT come here unless you want to sit around for an entire day just to keep being told “only a little bit longer, only 10-15 more minutes.” They have zero respect for your time or money.
