Brought multiple vehicles here for repairs over the past couple years. They always go above and beyond to fix everything properly, and get me back on the road. Recently brought my 17 year old Dodge truck in for an alignment, and after driving into work, it still wasn’t right. Called over and ask about them taking a second look, when they caught an error that was on one of their techs. They told me to bring it back, and put me in a brand new loaner car for the next evening and day while they fixed the issue. Alignment is perfect now, and was fixed without any additional charges. There isn’t another shop in St. Joseph that goes to the level these guys do for their customers! 100% recommend

I have multiple Ford’s and done business at Quick Lane for years. Steve (Manager) is an executional business man and takes care of his customers. I’m here today for an oil change but thought I’d take a moment to provide a review. I noticed many negative reviews regarding pricing, but feel that’s just poor planning on the customers not looking into these things in advance. The services I’ve received over the years warrant what I’ve paid, no complaints regarding prices from me. One experience that really stood out to me was a stroke of bad luck with my wife getting large fasteners in the sidewalls of a couple tires. Her tires were $550 each and Steve helped me utilize a discount with Ford that essentially gave me a free tire, as I decided to replace the set. As I look around the waiting area

Quick Lane gave my car an oil change and did a tire repair within an hour. The staff was courteous. The lobby was tidy and clean. I do appreciate the woman who was ever-so-kind when I spoke with her on the phone and when she was showing me the brands of tires that Quick Lane sells. This is my third Anderson vehicle, my fifth vehicle as a returning customer to Quick Lane. Five Stars! I wish the the office staff (excluding Steve) would reap the benefits of 5 star ratings with bonuses (instead of Steve’s pocket)!

We have been bringing our vehicles, Ford and otherwise, to this location for years. We always receive fast and friendly service from the staff here. Today I watched as the staff helped an elderly lady out of her car, into the door, and to her seat. She stated she just "wanted to make sure her car was ready for winter". They took her vehicle back, aired the tires and topped off her fluids. They did not charge her a dime. Hats off to this amazing group of gentlemen working here today!

Never go anywhere else! Steve and the gang are #1 in my book. Too bad the dealership does not have the amazing service Quick Lane does.
