my husband and i came here to get a new purge valve put in his car (ford fusion) right before our move to a new state in january. the repair totaled around $500 and the car was fine for 4 months after. fast forward to now, may. the check engine light has been back on for a few weeks. turns out the purge valve went bad, so we needed to get the repair done again. we spent the $500 again to get the part fixed, later to find out that the part was under warranty and quick tire just never told us. when i contacted them and protested that no one stated there was a warranty on the part, we were pretty much just told “there’s nothing we can do, we don’t usually tell people about the warranties”. really upsetting that we had to spend double the money because of their mistake.

I took my f250 there for an alignment. I replaced my steering components with heavy duty after marked parts from PMF suspension. The parts cost 1700$. They required special tools. I supplied the tools. They did not use the tools that I left on the center console. They just used a pipe wrench and chewed up the end of the tie rod (powder coating was messed up). I even specified to the service writer that the tools were there. 150$ later the truck still pulled hard to the right. I went home and adjusted the Toe myself in the driveway with a tape measure. Never Again!

Excellent service!! Steve had me in and out in 30 min from my scheduled appt. It was potentially going to take an hour but they got her done!! Always so friendly and welcoming!!

Good service, but not "quick". However, I will go back for service. My wife has gotten oil changes elsewhere and the oil immediately after the change is already dark. Fresh oil is near clear. Other places don't take the time to drain all the old oil.
