Brought in my jeep for an oil change and they had to order the filter. There was a delay and the comped the whole service due to the delay. They communicated well with me and were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Buss Ford and Quick Lane. Great service and friendly staff.

This is the second time I have gone in for a simple oil change to be turned away due to them being booked up for the rest of the day. Both times I have come in mid day in the middle of the week not thinking it would even be close to busy enough to be turned away. I just can’t imagine being so busy in the middle of the day to turn someone away for an oil change. I was told to call every morning to check availability but they don’t accept appointments, they only accept walk ins. Clearly not. I just can’t believe that it is this hard to get an oil change. I have never had a problem with their service in the past years but being turned away each time is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Great service but good luck on availability.

Brandon Singer in quick lane is always there to accommodate our needs. Excellent in customer service and gets the job done right. 6 stars if I could . Definitely service you can trust.

Took my escape in for a final warranty oil change and tire rotation. since its my only car i had to wait for it at the dealer. ended up being over 1:45 i had to wait AFTER my scheduled time. Overall dont know if id come back.

We've used them before for our RV maintenance. Satisfied with the work but always had problems with them getting back to us. This last time is the last straw. We've left 6 messages with their RV service(could name him but I won't) for an oil change...new tire...and alignment. STOP SENDING REMINDERS AND COUPONS IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO RESPOND!
