Quick Wash

One of the main brushes has not worked in over 2 months. Pay monthly for the top of the line wash, but at least 20% of the time just receive a bottom of the line wash.

On several occasions I received the basic wash after paying double for premium was many time I had to run through twice to get the wash I paid for. The car comes out with just as many bugs as it went in with. The service personal are more worried about playing with their phones then providing good service. At the end of my service contract i will be cancel my membership and going to one of the ones in Champaign.

False advertisement says there open until 9:00 pm and I depend on them to be open at that time and based my doing business with them on those hours of service. I work 3rd shift and need to use my membership up and not have to deal with people trying to leave work early and screw me. Also workers don’t care to spray and scrub the car down before going into the wash.

$40 monthly is a real good price for washing my car as many times as I need to. That's why I'm a loyal customer and I don't go anywhere else.

came and had tree sap and bird droppings all over my Infiniti SUV. Went through car wash some still remained, showed Manager and he took me through again. Came out Perfect. Thank for being accommodating and nice. Wonderful service. Thank you!
