Tyler is an excellent salesman; he's truly open to communication, offers great advice, and provides the best deals! I definitely recommend working with him to get the best deal.

If your a veteran, law enforcement officer, or on a fixed income i wouldn't recommend Quirks. My son was all three he leased a truck from them, they wouldn't let him re lease it, wouldn't let him make payments but they sure we're quick enough to take his money before his lease was up. They will screw you and not care about your circumstances. Now he's left with no way to get groceries and no way to get to his doctors. And Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas. This was my first time purchasing from Quirk (new 2025 Hyundai Tucson); prior to this I had always been a Darlings customer. I've owned this car for only 3 months. There's been a burning coolant smell the entire time. At first was told it was "new engine burnoff." Had the car in for diagnosis and was told that yes, mechanics smell the coolant too, but can find no leak when doing a compression test. Told that I will have to wait until it gets worse. So I have to now drive a brand new car, inhale toxic coolant fumes until it gets worse...or, until I get so dizzy and disoriented that I crash the car!! If I could give zero stars I would; this is the absolute worst customer service I've seen.
