Communication is a concern. Bought a Subaru from the company connected to this shop. Driving off the lot a light bulb blew out. I brought the car back and explained there was condensation inside the headlight assembly. They put in another lightbulb and sent me on my way. Car was brought back and while they did the right thing the second time ordering a new headlight unit there wasn’t communication as to let us know when the car would be ready or that a part was ordered. Literally zero communication even after calling and leaving a message. Previously my Subaru Forrester was waiting over a year for “parts to come in” before it was totaled in an accident (not due to waiting on these parts). Hoping for better service. I purchased a car from Prestige Auto. It said it had passed vehicle safety inspection. We'll, not so much. R&M and Tom have gone above and beyond to get all the problems fixed. He brought me to work and picked me up. Tom kept in contact with me every time he had my vehicle. Prestige wouldn't do a thing. I asked to swap out for another vehicle I was denied. They refused to give me a loaner even after the repair shop has had the car more than I have. R&M is great, Prestige is the problem. They said they gave me a 4 year bumper to bumper. What they didn't tell me was they charged me $4000 for it. I guess Prestige thought I was just another stupid woman who doesn't know about the lemon law. Tom your the best!

Great service and honest mechanics. They've replaced my brakes and diagnosed and repaired a bad leak (apparently a common problem in old Volvos). The service is quick, well done and extremely reasonable. They are definitely my new go-to shop for all of my car needs!

They mess my car up. Before they put their hands on my car, the only thing that needed to be fixed was the heating core which is under the dashboard. I will admit that my dash had one crack in it but they messed up my wiring under the dash and now i dont have a rear defroster, my radio is messed up and for a time i thought that i had running lights which until a friend of mine was behind me, he told me that i could have been hit in the back, which could have been bad. Please dont go there, they will not fixed your car and when they do something wrong, they refuse to fix it and blame you for it. I also contacted the BBB. SO PLEASE CHECK THEM BEFORE BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM.

Tom was great he worked on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel and its drives like new thanks Tom! Highly Recommend
