Love my experiences here. Have mostly worked with Matt, he's right to the point and they're pretty straight forward and reliable there. Have been there for three seperate services and got my car back in a timely manner. Always reasonably priced, and have reached out to me to asked how my car is a few weeks after the visit. Always recommending them to people who need service done.

I have had to get a bunch of work done on my 2015 Buick Encore that I bought from DM Motors, and I’m just super glad that R&L Repair has been taking care of my car. They answer the phones fast. They are all super nice gentleman that answer all my questions without making me feel dumb about not knowing something. They work fast and get any job done really quickly. They had to replace my catalytic converter, spark plugs and ignition coil and it only took them less than a business day. I’ve recently gotten my serpentine belt fixed and when a piece broke, they answered right away and scheduled me an appointment to get it looked at. They stand behind their work and are good and honest people. I want to continue coming to R&L repair for my other vehicles

This place is honestly a rip off. I told them the brakes were bad on my van and I wanted to find out which brakes were sticking. They told me to bring it in. After having it, they weren’t able to find what brakes were sticking. They then quoted me 1400 in parts and labor for 4 rotors and new pads on all 4 wheels. I found that I could get the parts at oreillys myself for $320. This place is trying to charge $1000 for 1-2 hours of labor when most other places charge about $90 per hour. There is no way that an experienced tech wouldn’t have the job done in about an hour. I denied the work and they charged me $50 to tell me the brakes were bad, which I clearly already knew. I don’t even think they pulled the van into their shop for a proper inspection. I would save my money and avoid this plac

Radiator was leaking slowly and the guys at R&L Repairs replaced the radiator unit same day. A few diagnostics test increased my repair cost significantly and made it much more expensive than I anticipated but the diagnostic findings gave me more insight on what possible repairs would be required in the future. Overall Matt and Cody both were professional and courteous. Excellent job fellas! Thanks again for your service!

Looked around for place that works on foreign vehicles. I found R&L Repair, made a phone call and scheduled a day. He got it done less than 8 hours. He did a wonderful job and I would recommend R&L Repair.
