Although they have decent pricing, Joaquin is extremely disrespectful. He quoted me one price when I gave all information, then when my vehicle reached the location they up charged me for my car being “too low”. I questioned why this wasn’t discussed previously. He rudely said “well then why the hell did you call me, you could’ve called someone else” And then hung up on me. He is extremely unprofessional and if it wasn’t for my brother being there, the man towing my car would have definitely damaged my car as he seemed extremely new and needed my brothers guidance to do his job. Customer service is unprofessional and rude it wasn’t like they were doing it for free.

Would 100% recommend R an P towing, we needed their experience and expertise to get out of a sticky situation being stuck in the mud. They were super amazing to work with and made short work of an otherwise bad situation! 10 stars!!!

R & P Towing is an affordable and reliable local towing service company. Other towing companies were charging me 120-150$ whereas R & P Towing was only charging me half the price. They care about their customers and making sure they offer them reasonable and appropriate prices for their service. The dispatch and the broker were terrible. They asked for my location 4 different times. If you’re going to hire a broker to take the called first at least communicate with each other. Then they told me to text the location they clearly don’t share the same apps because even then they asked for my location. The driver was good super nice so Thank you!
