Even though they initially had no availability, they went above and beyond to accommodate my situation and fit my vehicle in for repairs. The work done on my car was excellent thorough, efficient, and clearly handled by skilled professionals. I especially want to recognize Angela, whose kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made the difference. She took the time to find a way to get my car in and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service was exceptional, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about helping customers. Honest, efficient, competent, and affordable.... Thankfully, my reason for frequent visits has been for preventive maintenance, but hearing the staff interacting with customers while I await my service, I can appreciate the care and concern they have for folks with vehicles that require repair. We have taken both of our vehicles to R&T and had nothing but great experiences. They work quickly, their rates are reasonable, and the staff is always very friendly. We will be using R&T for all of our auto maintenance and repair needs!

Not great. Had my Audi there for servicing an issue with a leaking axel seal. Took all day to get an estimate. Brought it in a few days later for the work after the part arrived. Later that day they called to say there's a lot more work than expected, and they would not be able to fix the problem after all. There's no excuse for the tech not putting in any effort to figure out they couldn't do the work ahead of time. Would be one star if not for the nice folks up front.

60k Service; Brake fluid replace, Transmission fluid replace, oil change, tire rotation, etc - Looks like a great job will return !
