Honest and trustworthy. Usually not words I use to describe mechanics. This place/Richie is the exception. This is the first place I've been to where I didn't feel as if I would be taken advantage of based on gender. If you want transparency and respect go to Radford's.

I called in to see about having a tire plugged and the owner very kindly told me I could come in just after lunch. When I got there he was very attentive and took care of the problem in a jiffy. I've visited several shops through the years and this has been the best experience by far. Highly recommended!

Does the mechanic shop the way a mechanic shop should be done. You can count on him to catch the things the other guys miss. Expect the final numbers to be higher than the quote, but a quality mechanic I would recommend. And just for reference there is only a few in North Carolina.
