Down here in Snow Hill visiting with my folks this winter, from Maine. I had a slow leaking tire and asked if they could fit me in. They immediately fixed the tire. Quickly. Definitely felt that southern hospitality :)

Great place to get tires, general mechanic work, etc. Customer service is as good as it gets out here in the country. The mechanic I dealt with today was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I highly recommend anyone in the area to patronize this business.

Charged me 38.76 one day to get the ball joint pressed in and 55.38 another day because it took them “half an hour” to press the ball joint out. When I called to ask about the price difference the lady told me it was because I had pressed the other one out already even though she gave me the price before hand on the phone when I called and did not mention that I had already had it pressed out.

Nasty attitudes from the men , he was getting mad with me and his teeth look like he been chewing on firecrackers

I took my car here twice to get my AC fixed, on two different dates in the same week. My AC worked better before I took it here. AC repair guy.. did poor service and the rate was ridiculous. #nevereveragain
