Ashley and the crew at Rouses are very detail oriented with 100% customer satisfaction. The service and communication are top notch along with great body and paint work. Been using them for years on company vehicles and now my personal vehicle. They definitely make the process as easy as possible.

Ashley and his staff at Rouse's Body Shop are very professional and customer friendly. They do there very best to make sure that things are done correctly the first time around. However they have no problem with going the extra mile in the event that they do run into an unexpected problem. With my being in the automotive industry for many years I gladly recommend Rouse Body Shop to all of my customers and friends if or when they have a need for body repairs.

My fiance took her SUV there to fix a small dent the size of a quarter. They told her it was only going to be a week and it would be ready. A week went by and they hadn't even touched it. We called and tried to find out when it would be ready, since it was costing us to rent them a car. They just gave us the runaround and said they didn't know and they were being delayed because of rain? WHAT???? NO SELF-RESPECTING BODY SHOP DOES WORK OUTSIDE. Two weeks later they still hadn't finished. The lack of planning and lying and disrespect from this place is outrageous. DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

Have used this body shop multiple times, they’re always super kind and professional. Amazing work as usual, it’s the most reasonably priced shop ever too! Would highly recommend to anyone needing body work done to their vehicle.
