Raindrop Car Wash - Oxford

My experience was good. The guy at the entrance was very helpful and nice. They cleaned my mats and shined my tires. They have window cleaner, all purpose cleaner and rags available for you to use. The vacuum cleaner picked up everything. I will go back.

Gavin and Brandon did an amazing job on my car and made sure it didn’t leave dirty!!! They helped me get my car unstuck from the car wash, gave me car scents and washed my floor mats! They did such a good job!🫧

I took my brand new 2024 Honda odyssey van Thursday of 09/18/2025 around 10:35 for a car wash , when we are done I notice that the rear arm car wash wiper is broken , I talked to the associate over there , they took picture and said they ll do a claim and they had insurance , and everything is going to be handled professionally and the general manager will contact me next day , waited until the following Monday ( 4 days after ) and I had to call them and see what’s going on , I lady from Birmingham contacted me and said I had to go back to the car wash , I did , they told me they can’t do nothing about it and best they can do is 2 free car wash’s, and I am like hold on I was trying to get that part from autozone or somewhere close and save them and me all this headache , but apparently the

Obvious mistake billing me for 4 cars for months when we only have ever owned 2 at a time. Hundreds of dollars lost before I noticed the multiple charges on card. (my fault for not noticing the extra charges earlier... I get it.) Called "customer service" and was straight up told that RAINDROPS HAS A NO REFUND POLICY. I can see why they have this policy... it must be a recurring problem for them. I hate leaving a review like this but just felt my experience should be shared. I simply wanted refunded for the billings that were never used. I feel that any reputable company would have wanted that as well.

The machine wash worked well. The vacuums have great suction. And shout out to Will Snyder and the guys working the wash. They volunteered to clean the floor mats and provide any other help we needed. A+ experience.
