I am retiring now and after many decades of buying nothing but used cars and, I decided to go for it and buy my first NEW CAR (SUV). I wanted luxury, comfort, and value and after doing quite a bit of research and test rides I decided the only car that checked all the boxes was the newly released 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Cali. The service department here is an absolute joke. You get nothing but the run around and no straight answers. I have brought my BRAND NEW car in for service only to come back to my dash cam to be unplugged (while in for an oil change and tire rotation), my dash taken apart (when ONLY there for an oil change & tire rotation). After picking up my vehicle, new noises appeared and when dropped back off I’ve been given the run around yet again. I have learned to mark my tires when expecting a rotation. The tires were not rotated and when I mentioned it, Damon took my car back immediately with no questions asked. That lets me know they’re used to doing this. Parker was my salesman seamless process was to the point. Understood the budget that I had and he worked hard to get the deal sealed. Actually drove all the way out here from Kenner because I couldn’t get a deal closed at the dealership on the South Shore after negotiating for over six hours. The finance team in Parker were amazing. I love my new car.
