Ramsey Car Wash - A Member of the Wash Club Family

I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for over a year, and I’ve always been impressed with the service. I’ve even recommended them to family and friends. While it’s pricier than other options, the quality has always made it worth it. However, after my visit yesterday, I’m beyond dissatisfied. There were still spots on my car that I had to wipe off with a Clorox wipe once I got home. The emergency brake had crumbs and wasn’t cleaned, and the cup holder and center console were still dirty. I don’t know what went wrong, but the quality has clearly dropped. When I’m paying over $70 for top-tier service, I expect much better results. I’m now questioning whether I’ll return.

This place was great when it first opened now it fell downhill. High pricing for the area and for service. If I’m gonna pay $27 for just an exterior wash, I expect some bugs to come off.

Used to love this place when it was new and under previous management. I subscribe monthly for the Elite currently but it is incredibly expensive for the value now. $63 with tax compared to old pricing of about $50 w tax. Car has been coming out less clean than past. Past two times I went Tire Shine isn’t working yet I’m paying for it in the monthly membership. Towels they provide to wipe your car after your wash are thin and cheap compared to previous microfiber towels. It’s unfortunate, as this wash was my go to and I drove far to come here. Going to be cancelling my membership. Value for your money, quality, and care isn’t there as it was previously.

2/1/26 - Multiple automated rollers to clean cars/Suvs not functioning. When confronted someone regarding a partial refund, I was told "no" but that they could run it thru the broken machine again. I said "no thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere. The employee I was dealing with coyld careless. No management anywhere. The weather is getting nice out, take your car/suv elsewhere to get washed.....

I just had three vehicles detailed here; two Hondas and a Chevy pickup truck. The one Honda (Accord) and the Chevy (Silverado) got the full exterior detail (as opposed to their “quick” detail), and the Honda (Civic) got the full interior and exterior detail. Admittedly, I had neglected them; none of them had been waxed in years. One word - WOW!! 😮 I had forgotten how beautiful these vehicles could be when they’re all cleaned up! Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take any “before” pictures, but believe me when I tell you that they needed a fair amount of “love”. Well, Antonio and his crew definitely came through! They did an absolutely fantastic job on all of them! They even cleaned out the trunk and glove box on the Civic, taking care to set aside what was in them and put it in bags for me.
