As someone who was a very loyal customer, I do not reccomend taking your car into their service department. As stated by their employees, they do not like big jobs. Any type of major repairs or jobs they will try to avoid. They would rather you buy a new car then fix anything major or actually help you.

I had a great experience with Marc at Ramsey Mazda. He was helpful, thorough and professional.

We were travelling north on vacation and our fairly new CX-90 kept having a TPMS malfunction error come on and off. We ended up pulling into Ramsey Mazda unannounced hoping to have the car scanned for a faulty sensor and not ruin the road trip. The service department was full and quite busy with no bays available. A service consultant named Michele, listened to our concerns and figured out someway to squeeze us in for a scan even though it seemed impossible. Luckily it turned out the tires were over inflated and never checked at delivery when we bought the car. They adjusted the pressures and double checked the sensors and sent us on our way. Michele was so wonderful even though you could tell it was a crazy day for her at the dealership.

Went the other day for normal oil change and tire rotation. Had an appointment and was seen by an advisor as soon as we arrived. Chris was very friendly and professional. We discussed what we needed done and waited inside. The shop was very clean and organized. It took a little over an hour to complete which wasn’t too bad. Free car wash is always a nice treat. Definitely recommend Ramsey Mazda for all your needs.
