Great service! I called and spoke to Chase over the phone and he was very helpful and polite. The communication was great throughout the whole process. He was scheduled to come at 9am Saturday and called me to say he was running early! Don't hear that often at all especially from tow services. Once he got here we quickly found out that my from drum breaks had froze up. Chase said no problem and quickly came up with a solution. 20 minutes later my 1954 Bel Air has arrived at it's new location. Chase was super helpful and made it look easy getting my car straight into the garage from the flatbed. Can't say enough nice things about this company and Chase. Hand down the BEST, FASTEST and MOST PROFESSIONAL towing company in Pearland!!! My car needed to get to a mechanic shop near downtown, I made arrangements with another towing company and they never showed up. I called and spoke to Chase, explained my situation and in 20 minutes he had arrived to tow the car. I followed behind Chase to speak to the mechanics and he did an amazing job in making sure I didn’t loose him on the road. He was VERY accommodating once we arrived to the shop and sought out the safest area to unload the car. I am beyond thankful for Randee’s Towing, specifically for Chase. I am a forever customer and will recommend them to everyone.

Chase answered the phone, told what was going on to pick my car up from impound. He showed up on time. Was very cordial. Help me get my car home an safe. Best service I've had when picking up my vehicle. Highly recommended wouldn't choose anyone other than Randee' s Wrecker Service.

Randee personally came and got my truck to the shop in a timely manner, his customer service was truly exceptional and also contacted me before he hooked up and before he dropped. I called and set up a time and date to tow my car. They already told me they were backed up with too many cars but they still wanted to help me out. I left my name and he already had my number. The next day, nothing happened. No call back and they didn't tow my car. In my opinion I don't think this is enough to give a company a bad rating. Things like this happen. He already told me that he was busy. We need to learn that everything isn't going to happen on our time. We need to learn patience and have some understanding sometimes. No worries. It wasn't an emergency. I'll try again another day. :)
