This was my second time carrying my truck to Randy's...... I knew after the first time I had him work on my truck there was no question where I was carrying it back 2 years later..... I went there with the intention of getting brake work done. I pull up with my service dog and there is a locked gate with a shady looking guy and a pitbull dog behind the locked fence. I get out with with my service dog who has a vest on and a leash. I was halfway into the front door of the office when this dog comes barreling in attacking me and my animal. This guy sicced the dog on my dog. I got very loud trying to keep the dogs separated when this guy came in and grabbed the dog and didn't say anything, but gave me a disdained look. Some old man came in and asked me if everything was okay and then he turned around and left. I stood there for several minutes alone waiting for some service and nobody came. Wouldn’t ever recommend. Called about a quote for a new motor to be put into our 1989 Toyota. Guy that answered the phone said it was going to cost him more to do the work if he did find a motor than what truck was worth. We just ask an estimated so we could pay in full with cash. Dude acted like it wasn’t worth his time. I guess he doesn’t like making money. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Randy dropped everything and replaced 2 front wheel bearings on my truck he got me back on the road on my cross country trip… what a guy. Everyone there was very nice, i cant thank him enough but… Thanks!

I have used Randy for 3 Years I usually work on my own cars when I can't figure it out Randy takes care of it. He is trust worthy honest and does a great job
