The staff are very nice. The place is very clean. The people behind the counter or always very friendly. They explained every detail of your Automotive problem and what it's going to take to fix it. I'd really drop my vehicle off early in the morning. After they take a look at it they'll give me a call to let me know what it's going to take to get it fixed and how much it's going to cost. Their prices are always very good I think they're very fair for this area. And they go ahead and get the work done very timely manner. I've always been impressed how quick they are able to get the job done and what a great job they do. Well I can't say I get excited when I have to have Automotive work done I do however have a good feeling that I'm going to be treated right. And that's a really good feel

Visiting from out of town, brakes went out that evening. Called them next morning at 7:27 and Lee answered. They were able to get my car repaired the same day, a little too late for me to make a commitment in Chapin, but they were very helpful and accommodating. I recommend them. Also, the cost was fair.

I called them to see if they could replace my hood latch which isn't a difficult task to do, a mechanic should be able to replace the latch. Instead they didn't even want to look at my car and stated I needed to take it to a body shop. I feel as though a good mechanic takes the time to help their customers and if you own a shop you should know how to do simple task. I took my car to Altman's right down the street who go the job done.

Sat for 2 and a half hours for an estimate for my truck came back with that I need 2 motor mounts for $700 BTW I just changed one of them less than 3 months ago. They only looked at one side and hit me with both. Mind you I had appointment and it took that long to look at one motor mount

They don't listen I took my car to be looked at when I went to get it back to see what was wrong they fixed and charged me I just wanted to know the labor, I could get it done at a lower rate for a female they charge above and beyond bc you don't know and half the time it require a second opinion bc their mechanics don't do a good search, poor customer experience be careful because they will find a way to charge you without permission to do anything to your vehicle..reporting to consumer
