Hands down best experience ever!! Amazing customer service and very friendly. My car lost power and died on the side of a two lane highway - I had no markers to give anyone to find me. Crystal helped me send her my location and made a very stressful situation better. She was able to set up a driver to arrive and help me within 40 minutes. Caleb was AMAZING!! He was very knowledgeable since my car was dead and being able to get it safely towed. If this EVER happens again, I will be calling Randy's.

Had a tire go flat on my truck while taking our jet skis out to our slip. We called Randy’s and they were Johnny on the spot. The tow guy was super nice. I have bigger wheels and tires than stock so my spare wouldn’t work. He got my rim and tire off my truck and drove me to a tire shop to have a tire put on then installed it for me and got us back on the road. Amazing company and awesome staff. I will definitely be using them on the future of I have more towing needs.

I appreciate the promptness from Randy’s Towing’s, James, along with his back-up Caleb. He was quick to get to my accident when I got rear-ended. He did an amazing job taking care of my vehicle and making sure it was secured and safe. Thank you!

Traveling north on 35E, this morning, going to work, I heard a horrible noise coming from my car, traveling at 75 mph. Exited safely to the service road, and called Randy's Towing. Very polite and courteous was the voice on the phone, with deep concern, she asked if I was involved in an accident, told her no, just had a flat and needed a tow. She offered for a driver, Trey, an outstanding and VERY courteous person came to tow me to their auto repair lot. When we got there, Trey put my spare on and I was on my way. Had he not been able to change my tire, Crystal offered to give me a ride to work. Complete satisfaction and pure joy at their customer service! HUGE thank you for all your help this morning. Would definitely call them again and I would recommend them to anyone!
